== Containment Procedures ==
Patient-025 is to be locked in a padded schizo-containment cell. The cell is too be washed daily with sea water that has been dyed red. The dye is suspected to be /calm/ing to Patient-025. Just like an octopus, Patient-025 produces ink from his penis and regularly coats his cell with it, including the lights to make vision harder. Therefore, staff must bring some form of light when entering Patient-025's cell to immediately locate him and avoid being ambushed. The ink that Patient-025 produces is non-toxic, but could be damaging to the eyes, so goggles are also recommended. Due to Patient-025's hostility, he must be shackled up in a strait jacket and accompanied by at least 4 Soysylum guards during free-roam hours. No other patients or staff are allowed within 3 feet of Patient-025. When Patient-025 is being shackled up or during cleaning, he must be shot with a /calm/ dart to avoid struggle and or attack.

== Patient Description: ==
Patient-025 is a mute, 6 foot tall, 28-year-old male with slick pitch-black skin, and a large singular eye. Patient-025 has several tentacles wrapped around his figure that are only visible to the naked eye after they are unwrapped from him. Patient-025 is suspected to be the off-spring of convicted rapist and serial killer, [https://wiki.soyjak.st/Rapeson Rapeson], and an octopus of unknown origin. Despite being Rapeson supposed off-spring, Patient-025 is significantly weaker than his alleged father. This doesn't mean that Patient-025 is weak however, as he is known to withstand gunshots and blunt force trauma with little damage sustained. Patient-025 openly identifies as a zoophile, pedophile, necrophile, rapist, and serial killer, but a zoophile above all else. Patient-025 goes by he/him pronouns but gets flustered whenever somebody refers to him as octopus/octopuself, indicating he may also be a furry. Staff are encouraged to use octopus/octopuself pronouns when trying to /calm/ down Patient-025. Patient-025 is extremely hostile, yet cunning and will not immediately attack. Instead, he will wait for the perfect moment to strike his victims, therefore staff must be weary of Patient-025's moves.

===== Discovery =====
On January 12, 2007, Patient-025 was discovered in a small lake after numerous reports of wildlife being found raped and killed, numerous of which being sea life found deep in wood. Patient-025 was found in the middle of raping a skunk and was quickly captured by soysylum soldiers after the skunk sprayed Patient-025 directly in the eye. The helicopter that was supposed to transport Patient-025 broke down during his capture, thus a backup team was sent to take him away. Apparently, the helicopter that was carrying the backup team ran out of fuel midflight and crashed nearly a mile away. Luckily only 2 out of the 12 members died during the crash. When the backup team arrived finally arrived, Patient-025 had breached temporary containment and had massacred the first team in a small village that he was being held in. The commander of the first team, Soykio Kid, had survived the ordeal and instructed the backup team on how to capture Patient-025. An unexpected fire had started in the building Soykio Kid was found in, and he unfortunately perished within it. The backup team then suffered 7 more casualties before finally recapturing Patient-025, at which point a third team had arrived at the site and took him away.

===== Incident-025-1 =====
Due to an influx of new patients, staff had forgotten about Patient-025's meds schedule, and by the time staff had finally managed to get things under control, Patient-025's hostility had reached critical levels. On May 13, 2024, New hire Dr. Soyokliks, who was originally taken from a local hospital, was assigned to give Patient-025 his meds as well as clean the squirrel pens in the ranch. Patient-025's danger was unknown to him and the 2 guards that accompanied him. When Dr. Soyokliks entered the cell, it was coated in a thick layer of ink that made it very easy for Patient-025 to hide in. Combined with the fact that Dr. Soyokliks didn't carry a flashlight with him, it was almost inevitable that he would get ambushed. As Dr. Soyokliks was reporting in the Patient-025 escaped, agent Burns was dragged away and killed in the shadows of the cell. Soyokliks and agent Beast immediately evacuated the cell. Patient-025 then made himself known to the 2, and agent Beast opened fire with his rifle. The bullets did little to stop Patient-025, as he used his tentacles to drag agent Beast closer and eventually rip him in half from the head down. Dr. Soyokliks pondered shooting Patient-025 with Beast's gun, but seeing as it had no effect, he instead opted to retreat. Patient-025 maneuvered his tentacles to trip Dr. Soyokliks and drag him too to his demise. Luckily emergency Soysylum guards had arrived on the scene and saved Dr. Soyokliks's life by shooting Patient-025 with a /calm/ dart. Patient-025 was held in a temporary cell for 3 days whilst his cell was being cleaned. This incident caused the death of 3 soysylum staff, 2 of which directly by Patient-025 and another by suicide after a transwoman killed herself due to not being able to deal with the stress of having a patient escape that was under her administration. Dr. Soyokliks has henceforth taken full lead in dealing with Patient-025 after this incident, and so far, has done well in keeping him contained. Any requests regarding Patient-025 must go through Dr. Soyokliks.
