Containment Procedure

At a potential Gamma Site, Seismologists are to examine the rhythms of the seismic activity, and reference previous logs for comparison. If Patient-067 is confirmed to be located at the Gamma Site, an array of thumpers are to be installed, to isolate the subject. After the site is secure, a Liquid Meds pump is to be installed to calm the subject. Seismic activity is to be monitored 24/7, until it rises, then the pump is switched to Sproke mode. After activity decreases, the pump is switched back to Liquid Meds. This solution isn't permanent. Eventually, Patient-067 will flee, then the search protocol has to be enacted again. This Procedure has reduced Incidents by 20% 60%.

Patient-067-1

For testing, clearance needs to be granted by a high level doctor. An adult specimen of Patient-067-1 can be contained in a standard metal cage with minimal risk.

It is fairly difficult to neutralize a Fingerboy with firearms. Without special training, soyldiers are very likely to get overwhelmed by Patient-067-1 specimens, even with a 3 to 1 number advantage. However, all instances of Patient-067-1 are vulnerable to Sproke, which has been rendered into experimental weaponry.

Although the threat is transcendent of standard containment procedures, measures and initiatives have been taken to reduce its impact on the environment.

Initiative Tau, is the main project, to control the population of Patient-067-1 at the main site, ███████ ████ National Park. Every month, MTF Vanta-69 "Pooners" is to conduct two four-hour sweeps at the Site, during midnight, and within a three-day period. Smaller nests are ordered to be contained and captured, though larger nests are to be treated with Sproke pesticide.

Description

Patient-067 is a subterranean creature who has three heads. They have three pairs of male-like mammaries. Their groin area is capable of releasing 200 of Patient-067-1 specimens per minute. Their upper body is approximately 450 meters tall, and they weigh at least 2000 kg. Scientists have determined through seismic activity reports that they can reach a speeds of up to 900mph when moving underground.

A theory has been proposed that Patient-067 is the source of all instances of Patient-067-1. Patient-067 has always been seen with Patient-067-1, but not vice versa. Whether this theory is correct is inconclusive. A counter-theory is that Patient-067 is simply a queen Fingerboy, and that one or several Patient-067-1 specimens have grown or otherwise transformed into Patient-067 to facilitate reproduction. The latter theory conflicts with typical Patient-067-1 reproduction albeit.

Patient-067-1

Patient-067-1, also known as a "Fingerboy", is a humanoid monster with a large mouth, and wings under its arms. It is 4 to 5 feet in height. It is capable of flight in quick bursts, to close in on its prey, and typically hunts in groups of 10 or higher. Its mouth is capable of biting an adult soyjak's arm clean off. Specimens of Patient-067-1 use echolocation to compensate for its lack of eyes. They seem to use their nervous system for cognition, and share a hive-mind with Patient-067. Half of all known instances of known Patient-067-1 are located at ███████ ████ National Park.

Specimens of Patient-067-1 reproduce sexually, and lay eggs in nests. Infant specimens are under 1 feet tall, and vulnerable to predators. Their parents are especially territorial around nests, and are dangerous to soyjaks within 350 meters. Over the course of 3 months, the babies grow into adult Fingerboys.

Incident 067-1

On July ██, 201█, unexpected earthquakes devastated ███████, Australia. Over a period of █1 hours, seismic activity built up, and was responsible for 344 civilian casualties. Patient-067 emerged from the center of the city, and "birthed" over 3000 Fingerboys.

The Asoylum Foundation hastily cut all signals and power to the city, then contacted the mayor. Jonny █████ ordered █ battalions of soyldiers to fight against the Fingerboys, while MTF Tau-31 "Sprokers" parachuted onto nearby skyscrapers to launch an offensive towards Patient-067. Patient-067 flailed their arms, destroying 50 streets of buildings, which caused ████ casualties. After five hours of attrition and napalm strikes, Patient-067 retreated underground, with its left head apparently maimed.

The remaining residents of the city, and surviving soyldiers were quarantined and funneled into camps, where they were cured of their memory of the event with BBC therapy and Grade █ Copium.

Some of you have been saying that Patient-067 bleeds, and that therefore you can kill it. I tell you quite the contrary: the left head was fully healed 8 days later. Nuclear warheads will NOT be approved. Stop requesting it, numb nuts.
