MJFU FJ-41, or more commonly known as "Total Patient Death", is composed of three infantry companies, one artillery company, and one airborne company. ((They)) are the first responders to any "Dropped Host" or above event, escorting VIP personnel out if mission directives permit it. Most, if not all members have been handpicked from elite agencies such as Mossad, the CIA, the UN, other Mobile Jak' Forces, and the FDL. Physically, FJ-41 are equipped with Israeli-made firearms and uniforms. The unit was formed in the aftermath of the 7 Day War, wherein sandnigger countries used yet-to-be contained patients against our greatest ally to great effect. To date, only about ~1,300 personnel within FJ-41 have died while on-duty. This Jak' Force represents the best fighters humanity has to offer.

Description

Purpose

FJ-41's express purpose is to terminate unruly patients that have breached containment. Most often, FJ-41 is called in to deal with major security breaches involving high-risk patients that cannot be contained by conventional methods. Based in the ████ █████, it primarily serves as an IDF attaché, carrying out garrison duties, and in some cases █████ █████████. FJ-41 is to always maintain operational security, never revealing that they are affiliated with a "soysylum" or a "Soot" or a "Dr. Soyberg". It is essential to Soysylum operations that the existence of FJ-41 is not discovered. In cases where operational security is broken, Protocol "TAKE YOUR MEDS" is initiated, resulting in ████████ ███-████████ for whoever broke operational security. Additionally, FJ-41 was later given an artillery company and an airborne company after a particularly disastrous breach ended in bloodshed, further ensuring that any and all patients could be handled by FJ-41.
