This entire entry will have to assume the patient's pronouns based on appearance. We here at the Soysylum have tried relentlessly to ask for the patient's pronouns to no avail. Apologies in advance if we get them wrong.

Prescribed Medication

Bi-daily /calm/ therapy week level 1 or higher. Patient-038 does not eat, drink, sleep, blink, or goon, therefore meds must be injected into him.

Containment Procedures

Patient-038 is to be housed in a standard schizo-containment cell. Furniture is allowed in said cell. Patient-038 is not allowed to access any electronics that can connect to the internet. Two Soysylum Guards must accompany Patient-038 at all times and must forcibly confiscate any electronics Patient-038 manages to acquire. In the event Patient-038 enters his stalking phase, Soysylum staff must destroy the electronic he gained access to and locate Patient-038-1 and force them to commit suicide by any means necessary to prevent loss of life. Soysyulm staff are allowed to be transphobic, homophobic, racist, etc. in order to push Patient-038-1 into commiting suicide.

Patient Description:

Patient-038 is a mute, 5 foot tall, 40 year old male, with patchy stubble and a never changing facial expression. Patient-038 can cause hallucinations amongst those who look at him. When viewed by multiple people, everyone looking at Patient-038 report as being stared at by him, despite that sometimes being impossible. Patient-038 causes cameras to glitch out shortly before crashing entirely when viewing him directly. Patient-038 can seemingly teleport when not under direct eye contact, yet he is still able to be contained in his cell.

Phase 1: Wandering

Patient-038 is only able to be contained in his wandering phase. In this phase, Patient-038 is completely docile and will not attack nor make any noise. Patient-038 can be attacked while in this phase, but any damage sustained is immediately recovered after anyone stops making eye contact with him. After strenuous testing, Soysylum staff have concluded that Patient-038 is indestructible. Patient-038 can be equipped with tracking devices and accessories; however these objects are immediately taken off after Patient-038 teleports. Patient-038 will wander randomly in this phase, until he is able to acquire an electronic device that connect to the internet.

Phase 2: Baiting

After Patient-038 has stared at an electronic device for 2 minutes, a post will be made on the Sharty saying "JANNIES DELETE THIS THREAD TO GET HAUNTED" in bold red text. The attached file will be a gif titled StalkerPerro.gif, which is that of unknown security camera footage of Patient-038 creeping down a hallway. After making this post, Patient-038 will disappear, until a moderator on the Sharty deletes the post. If the event the Sharty happens to be down while Patient-038 has entered his baiting phase, Patient-038 will instead make his post on the next most active imageboard at the time, most often 4chan. The post is irresistible to imageboard moderators, who will immediately try to delete the post and then think nothing of it. The moderator responsible for deleting the post will henceforth be known as Patient-038-1.

Phase 3: Stalking

After the post has been deleted. Patient-038 will appear somewhere far but visible to Patient-038-1. The time it takes for Patient-038 to appear have ranged from 1 minute to an hour and 30 minutes. Patient-038 will stalk Patient-038-1 getting more and more extreme as time goes on. Patient-038-1's mental health will eventually decline immensely during this time, and the only way that this may end is if Patient-038-1 commits suicide. Anything attempting to kill Patient-038-1 will be gruesomely murdered by Patient-038. If Patient-038-1 is in danger of dying by any other way other than suicide, Patient-038 will save their life, and an anonymous call to the nearest hospital will bring an ambulance over to further help Patient-038-1. These calls are unable to recorded. After Patient-038-1 has died, Patient-038 will teleport back to where he originally was in his baiting phase and reenter his wandering phase.

Discovery

Patient-038 was discovered in an Apple Store during closing hours, reported by an employee. After over 5 moderators and at least 3 citizens had committed suicide with similarities occurring in their last weeks alive, such as ramblings about the "Perro with the glowing eyes", the Soysylum was finally able to determine how to capture Patient-038. The Apple store was forced to move locations so the Soysylum could successfully capture Patient-038.

Incident-038-1

Some idiot brought their phone to work, and Patient-038 was able to connect to the internet and successfully enter phase 2. Patient-038-1 was identified to be ██████████████████████████████ ██████████████████████████████ ██████████████████████████████ ██████ nigger ████████████ ██████████████████ ████████████ ██████████████████ examination from Dr. Soyokilks determined "This nigga is nuts!" ██████████████████ ██████████████████████████████ ████████████████████████ ████████████████████████
