Chief Hunter II, also known as "Chief of Schizo Warfare Apprehension & Treatment (SWAT) Tactical Sciences Hunter II" or "The Star Enforcer," is the supreme enforcer of The Soysylum. As the chief of the SWAT teams, he commands all SWAT operatives and is deployed to contain and treat the most dangerous patients.
