Patient 082 is a bizzare man with a large agape mouth, capable of swallowing entire homo sapiens within a couple seconds, Patient 082 is a carnivore and preys on humans to mantain it's life signs, victims are devoured and then get digested and turned into soy filled corpses, The creature is constantly expanding it's mouth, soon it'll be too late and it'll devour us whole[1]
