Patient-9164 is a male of Jewish descent. He has two dual citizenships: America, Germany, and Israel. He has an extensive criminal history in all 3 countries (see Addendum-9164-001).
2017 Revision
Since being admitted to the Israel facility, his mental state has deteriorated drastically, despite medications and Sproke being administered daily. This is related to his unique condition, where if he doesn't commit a financial crime every month, his mental condition and IQ deteriorates. This is NOT because he's a Jew... because it just isn't, okay? It's just a coincidence. Most of us don't have this condition, so take your meds, chud. Artificial altcoin scam therapy has been tried, but it didn't work, no matter how convincing the conditions. Natural altcoin scam therapy worked tho, because when we allowed it on 4cuck's /biz/ board to own the Chuds, his condition improve. The mental condition seems to hinge on actual financial loss. Unfortunately, his brain is already deteriorated beyond repair. We'll keep trying.
2019 revision
His mental condition has improved substantially thanks to the altcoin scam therapy. However, he was transferred to the Capitol Reef Facility after scamming the staff in the main facility. These recent developments have revealed that Patient-9164 is a genius psychopath. However, he still has a speech impediment that hasn't improved at all. Different therapies are being experimented to try and free him from this condition. His IQ now measures at 180+. Altcoin scam therapy is being withheld for this reason, until his IQ decreases to a less risky level.
2020 Revision
Patient-9164 was involved in Incident-318-Gamma. It is unknown how big a role he's played. Thoughever, interrogations have revealed that he was the leader of the Capitol Reef facility's most violent gang. For motives unknown, he cannibalized our beloved Dr. Soyberg. Patient-9164 was neutralized by Dr. Soystein shortly afterward, via building drop.
