Class Coal Patients are usually Soyfe

Class Coal, Class Caca, Class SNCA, Niggers, Expendables, Inmates, or Nobodies is dehumanizing slang used to describe patients who are "uninteresting" and "don't have any cool superpowers." These terms are most commonly used by new hires and low-ranking doctors (you know who you are), and the Soysylum strongly disavows the usage of this slang, and we suggest you not use them to describe any patient. All patients are special, even when they're technically not. We hold each patient at a same level of importance to us no matter who they are.

Common Traits

Class Coal patients likely are called that because they have several of these traits:

• Were admitted to the Soysylum voluntarily by police force or family
• Are used as lab rats when conducting tests on more dangerous patients
• Make up 78% of Soysylum casualties
• Don't have any "gimmicks" and are usually considered Soyfe.
• Required meds are usually just a handful, and don't require a special schizo cell.
• Don't have an entry on the Soysylum.org archive
