Patient Description

Patient-2038 (Real name: Gerald Oberman), better known by the pseudonym Rapeson, is a recurring patient of the Soysylum, having been committed there three times. He is a 58-year old male, with a history of crime, more specifically sexual assault, rape, murder, torture, and cannibalism. He is one of Cobson's cousins. He was admitted to the Soysylum for the first time in 1985, at the age of 18, for self-harm after his girlfriend dumped him. During that time, he was a rather inoffensive patient, and after two months he was successfully treated and released. However, following a falling-out between the Patient and his parents, he ran away into the wilderness and began to commit multiple heinous crimes against hikers and wild animals. He was captured in 1988, and sent to the Soysylum again for a psychiatric evaluation. Unfortunately, he managed to escape a few days after his internment. Following his escape, the Patient pursued his previous activities. Around 1997, he would allegedly concieve Patient-025 with an octopus.

Rapeson was caught once again in 2004 in Austin, Texas. He was quickly incarcerated and put on trial for his crimes. But after he ignited a riot in late 2006, he was found to be criminally insane by the Experts, and thus was sent to the Soysylum for a third time.

Patient-2038 has managed to escape the facility multiple times. Besides the aforementioned escape in 1988, he also managed to breach containment in 2018 and 2025, and subsequently managed to flee hundreds of miles away from the Soysylum before eventually relapsing into his obscene habits and being caught again.

Patient Procedures

Patient-2038 is to be confined in a padded cell at the most secure section of the Soysylum. He is to be under constant surveillance by the Security Team, and at all times two guards, clad in armor and equipped with /calm/guns, are to be stationned next to his cell to neutralize the Patient in case of any contingency involving the Patient. If, under any circumstance, Patient-2038 has to leave his cell, he must be escorted by 6 fully-equipped Soysylum guards to where the Patient is summoned, and these guards shall accompagny the Patient until he is returned to his cell. When leaving the cell, Patient-2038 must at all times be physically restrained. Patient-2038 shall not be in the same room as any other Patient of the facility.

In order to chemically castrate Patient-2038, and by extent quell his violent sexual urges, he must be injected with 1 liter of ████████, ████ and ███████ each three times a day. Additionally, his penile organ, which is of truly incredible size, must be locked in a chastity cage at all times, in order to prevent the Patient from stimulating himself or using his penis as a weapon. Ϫ electronic chips have been injected into Patient-2038's body, in order to provide the Patient's location at all times and, if he enters into a forbidden area, to electrocute the Patient.
