CobDaGem, also known as Patient-389, is a white human male, securely bound in a heavy canvas straitjacket. His most important facial features include:

Since Patient-389's arms are tightly strapped to his chest, he can be easily contained physically, but he remains highly volatile and loud. Because of his restricted mobility, the patient resorts to thrashing and attempting to bite the staff at the Mental Asylum. Patient-389 was brought in after experiencing a severe meltdown in public. It is unknown what triggered his endless screaming, but reports say Patient-389 managed to damage the acoustic padding in his cell through the sheer volume of his wailing.
