██████ J. Soystein is the Third Head Doctor of the Soysylum. He was mentored by Dr. Soyberg, and was also a very close friend until Soyberg's death. In November, 2020, a few months into his term, he underwent some very intense endurance training. After his /fit/ transformation, he grew into one of the most feared doctors in the Soysylum. He tightened several containment measures, and even killed some of the Patients when treatment didn't work.
