CIA

The CIA, aka Central Investigation Agency, is the primary three letter agency in cooperation with the Soysylum. Personnel from the Soysylum, and agents from the CIA frequently conduct training together. Special task forces from the CIA are allowed to conduct investigations on all whitelisted sites.
