Containment Procedure

Patient-200 is to be locked in a 15"x15"x15" padded cell. Three square meals of organic bugslop, including a side of orange juice, mixed with Sproke, are to be slipped through every day. A shielded computer running Linux is to be installed into the wall as a terminal, with a La-Z-Soy couch placed in front of it for maximum comfort. Lead shielding is to be installed on the exterior of the cell. Personnel assigned to Patient-200 are to undergo a physical screening at the end of their assignment. Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, tell him that he glows.

Description

Patient-200 is a human male, measuring 6 foot 5 inches in height. His skin is neon green, and he emits a glow and ionizing radiation. Any material he touches also becomes green and radioactive, including organic material. Contaminated material is considered irrecoverable and should be disposed of immediately, unless it is in Patient-200's possession. If Patient-200 touches anyone, the victim will be forced to quarantine until they can get the affected limb amputated, or until they expire. When sighting Patient-200, subjects report experiencing nausea. Upon extended periods of eye contact, other symptoms manifest, such as: Vomiting, sneezing, fatigue, shortness of breath, and blindness. These effects become more intense in darker settings, and last longer. The regular effects of ionizing radiation also occur from Patient-200 and contaminated material.

Experiment-200-A

Patient-200 dips his entire hand into a cup filled with 250ml of fluoridated water, and it is returned to the researchers. After resting for a week, it is diluted into 1750ml of fluoridated water. Researchers store the diluted water for three weeks. Radioactive levels do not change.

Conclusion

The contamination effect of fluids does not spread without diluting. Greater contamination is negligible.

Experiment-200-B

Scientists procure a Big Mac that was contaminated by Patient-200,and serve it in a random schizo's cell. DS-2315 then eats the Big Mac. Doctors conduct physical tests every four hours.

First Physical

DS-2315 complains of a stomachache and nausea.

Second Physical

Vomit is found in DS-2315's cell. Testing reveals low levels of radiation are emitted, suggesting that the Big Mac is still present in DS-2315's GI tract.

Third Physical

DS-2315 complains of diarrhea, the contaminated food is thought to have evacuated his system. A radiometer measures the subject, confirming this hypothesis. Stool samples are radioactive.

Fourth Physical

Conducted at irregular time: Two days after consumption of contaminated food item. Subject shows signs of fatigue, consistent with radiation sickness.

Fifth Physical

Conducted at irregular time: One week after consumption of contaminated food item. Subject's hair has thinned, fatigue continues.

Conclusion

Sharing food with Patient-200 is not recommended. Xe shouldn't be a chef either. Further physicals pending for DS-2315.
