Dr. Frederator Paulisoyoflart (shortened to Dr. Fred) was a mid-ranking psychiatrist employed by the Soysylum. He was fired inexplicably by Dr. Soystein in 2025. Many people have theorized why he was fired, but every theory so far has been immensely flawed. In his time in the Soysylum he was an honest, hard-working doctor whom everyone had a relatively positive opinion of. He was also speculated to have later become a high-ranking psychiatrist had he not been fired.
