Patient Description[edit | edit source]
Patient-004, also known as "Plierjak" was a patient at the Soysylum, and the first patient to be treated with Sproke from Dr Soyberg. He is a 39 year old male who now lives in pod #992 in domicile block B. Before Patient-004 was cured, procedure required he wear a straightjacket at all times because of his generally volatile nature. His glasses were superglued to his head to stop them from falling off. He was admitted to the Soysylum after being arrested due to multiple noise complaints about babbling and screeching nonsense coming from his pod, which turned out to be Plierjak foaming on the floor, screaming something about "a fruit trying to wipe him away from existence." >or something. His jaw had been dislocated due to his incessant screaming.
Patient Procedures[edit | edit source]

Patient-004 is to be kept in a padded cell, with a double reinforced steel door due to his frequent schizo chimpouts. Food is to be delivered through a tube, as the patient refuses to eat the bug-burgers being delivered every morning into his cell. Medication and water shall also be delivered through the tube. 004 is to be sedated every night to replace his straightjacket straps and clean his cell.
Incident-004 "SLEEPWALK"[edit | edit source]
During a routine inspection, 004 suddenly woke up, even after being injected with 19mg of fentanyl, and managed to tear a large chunk off of the orderly's shoulder before sprinting through the open cell door and escaping his containment, luckily, Swoleson was up late playing bug eating simulatorTM and subdued him before he could attack anyone else.
Curing[edit | edit source]
Dr Soyberg overheard 004 rambling something about mixing sprite and coke together to make a "nectar of the gods", He then mixed them together and tasted it. After this, Soyberg replaced his water ration with Sproke after 004 had his ground up mealworms and antipsychotics. For some odd reason, 004 stopped rambling and closed his mouth, staring at the white padded walls of his confinement in awe. Soyberg then made it so that 004 would have his Sprite-Coke mixture as a replacement for water, and 004 eventually turned more and more sane over the course of a month. After a short psycological evaluation, 004 was released on September Thrembo, 2031. Plier returned to the Asoylum the very next day with a resume, saying that he wanted to work here out of respect for the man who cured him, and to pay his crippling pod debt and funko pops.
