Patient 041, known throughout the Soysylum as "the nigga that ACKED HAAAAAAAAAAAH”is a 41 year old nu-male named Bernd Schmidt at birth. During xis time at the Soysylum, xe wore a crude, purple wig along with a t-shirt too small for him with the transgender flag pattern on it. Xe was checked in after chimping out over the death of George Floyd, causing xim to go out into the streets and burn shit to the ground for no discernable reason other than to be an obnoxious pro-nigger tranny.
Patient Procedures[edit | edit source]
When handling, make sure to reassure xer that xer axe wound is perfectly normal, and that xhes a real woman! Always make sure xer Discord Nitro NEVER expires (See Incident 041-IA) and that xhe always has at minimum, a 12 inch BBC dildo to shove up xer maggot infested wound. In the event the patient feels like joining the 41%, make sure to gift xer a troon game (eg; Pizza Tower, ULTRAKILL, Celeste, Fallout: New Vegas, etc) on steam. Failure to do so will result in xer ACKing xerself (albeit nobody would care).
Incident 041-IA[edit | edit source]
On 2-3-21, due to the slashing of the Soysylum's budget by Soot to cover more 'arty investments, the Soysylum had to stop paying for Patient-041's Discord Nitro. When xhe logged onto Discord that day, xhe noticed xer nitro was gone and had a massive chimp-out. Wounding three personnel and killing one. Before xhe could do any more damage, xhe was ambushed by on-site security forces before being subdued and placed in a temporary high-security cell. After a week, the budget was raised again allowing the Soysylum to pay for xer Nitro again.
Incident 041-IB[edit | edit source]
Following the countdown to Christmas, Patient-041 was unusually un-cooperative, be it small scale chimp-outs or barricading xerself in xer cell room, xhe had worrying symptoms of somebody wanting to ACK! A week before Christmas day, xhe even stopped taking xer meds and estrogen. The staff tried to gift xer troon-ish things like that Ikea shark plushy, or a 20 inch BLACKED dildo, but nothing did the trick. So, inevitably, being the valid trans queen xhe is, xhe ACKED. Nobody noticed until a week after xhe had acked as nobody cared enough about xer to give a shit. By the time xhe was found, xhe was a bloated, rotting, and hanging corpse. (even doe xhe would be too heavy for the rope to support for more than a day)
