OBJ-1174 is the Jewish doppelganger of Patient-1174. OBJ-1174 and Patient-1174 frequently duel. OBJ-1174 was spawned when a portal to hell opened in the Phillipenes before the incident. It is currently not known if OBJ-1174 is related to Patient-1174 or just neotenous and short. OBJ-1174 has several appearances, such as:
- Same as Patient-1174, that being the pink bow, blue overalls, and reading glasses.
- A bunch of trannyslop.
- Same as Wednesday Addams
Giving Sproke to OBJ-1174 doesn't cause a nuclear reaction, it's the Antilita.

OBJ-1174 is to be kept in a 4'x4'x4' cell. If OBJ-1174 is to escape confinement from the Soysylum, the world as we know it may be destroyed, and only Patient-1174 or Patient-1175 can stop it.
