Patient-1000 is to be stored within a steel coffin with a ballistic glass window. This steel coffin is to be situated within a standard humanoid containment cell. Trihoral sweeps of the room will be done by JCU-ᚱ-4 (Shemira Watchers). Studies and tests are to only be conducted by Soyentists with Level 2 security clearance and above.

Description

Patient-1000 is a corpse that shows no signs of decay despite being multiple months old. The corpse is outfitted with a deteriorating white coat, with a name tag reading "████". Patient-1000's body has wounds consistent with scars and gashes from knives and other-such bladed weapons, with evidence of ██████████████. Despite this, autopsies have found no definitive cause of death.

Containment Procedures

Patient-1000 is to be stored within a standard wooden coffin coffin comprised of OBJ-8302 with a transparent window comprised of Aluminium oxynitride. This coffin is to be completely filled with fluoroantimonic acid, which is to go undergo weekly draining and refilling. The body in the coffin is to only be taken out for monthly exorcisms and containment rune engravings. The coffin, along with the body inside, is to be placed within a standard humanoid cell. Trihoral sweeps of the room will be done by JCU-ᚱ-4 (Shemira Watchers) to check for containment breaches. Studies and tests are to only be conducted by Soyentists with a Level 4 security clearance with direct A6 council approval. A fake security measure is to be written down in the regular version of this file where Soyentists with a Level 2 security clearance can conduct tests. Soysylum personnel below Level 4 are to be briefed on this version of the document. Any Soyentists with Level 2 or 3 clearance applying to conduct tests or studies on Patient-1000 are to be rejected. Self-help peer-based support communities are to be set up by Soysylum front company "IT'S NEVER OVER" in the country of the United States of America in order to help reduce the populace who matches the requirements for a P-1000-A manifestation event. The Soysylum is to set aside 10% of it's annual earnings in anonymous donations to the Department of Education and public school systems.

In the event of a P-1000-A manifestation, Soysylum webcrawlers are to search for individuals online exhibiting behaviors similar to P-1000-A exposure. In the case of a confirmed match between online behavior and symptoms of P-1000-A sightings, JCU-ᚱ-4 are to capture the individual(s) involved and bring them to the nearest Soysylum site under the cover story of being sent by a concerned relative of the Patient. The afflicted individual(s) are to be designated P-1000-B, and are to be kept in separate COB-class humanoid cells. After 2 weeks, P-1000-B subjects are to be amnesticized with Class-B amnestics and converted to S-class personnel. Families of the P-1000-B instance(s) are to be briefed that their loved one(s) are to remain in permanent soysylum containment for "Psychotic behaviors".

Description

Patient-1000 is the corpse of Jake Bews, the administrator for the now defunct Jamesfield Asylum for Retarded Teenage Youth. Patient-1000's body shows no sign of decomposition despite his body being over a year old. Patient-1000's body has wounds consistent with scars and gashes from knives and other-such bladed weapons, alongside bullet wounds and evidence of claw marks from consistent with Patient-804, who's corpse was found in the ruins of the JARTY. Although almost all Patient-1000's internal organs have undergone catastrophic organ failure, Soysylum Pathologists have found that normal brain function can still be observed within Patient-1000. All attempts to communicate with Patient-1000 have failed. It is unknown if Patient-1000 can respond to or observe any stimuli in it's current state. See Addendum-1000-G-7. Patient-1000's body shows enhanced levels of regeneration, being able to regenerate it's entire body with an estimated time of recovery lasting from anywhere between 3 seconds and 9 hours, depending on how grievous the wound it received is. Despite this regenerative ability, Patient-1000 is unable to heal the wounds found on it's body at the time of Discovery.

P-1000-A is an anomalous entity that Patient-1000 seemingly causes. P-1000-A takes the appearance of a copy of Patient-1000, 24 hours antemortem, with heavily distorted features. P-1000-B instances have described the target as having "incredibly dark" skin, bulging, seemingly irritated black eyes, and a large, misshapen mouth with excess lipstick. By all known tests, measurements, and experiments, P-1000-A does not physically exist. P-1000-A is only visible to a specific targeted P-1000-B instance, however, all P-1000-B instances have described P-1000-A exactly the same, attesting to P-1000-A's existence outside of the physical world. Studies into P-1000-A's form have been inconclusive, and a credible, but unsubstantiated theory put forth by Dr. Pheryll Jack is that P-1000-A is a hallucination, and the ability to see P-1000-A, is in of itself a symptom of P-1000-A exposure. At least 4 of the following prerequisites must be present in an individual for a P-1000-A manifestation event to occur targeting that specific individual. A list of all currently known prerequisites is available below. The exact maximum range a P-1000-A manifestation event can occur is unknown, but no incidents matching a P-1000-A manifestation event has occurred outside of the United States of America.

• The individual has one or multiple mental illnesses that exacerbate behavioral issues, such as ASD, Schizophrenia, or Bipolar Disorder.
• The individual has an IQ below 80.
• The individual has recently had something negative occur in their life, and are looking for something or someone to blame it on.
• The individual is not white.
• The individual deems themself superior than others, or has an inflated ego.
• The individual is homosexual.
• The individual has gender dysphoria.
• The individual demonstrates radical political beliefs.
• The individual has downloaded and used the social platform known as Discord.
• The individual has less than 5 friends outside of the internet.
• The individual has more than 5 exclusively online friends.
• The individual is contemplating or has previously attempted suicide.
• The individual projects their personal insecurities on others.
• The individual has a hostile relationship with one or more of their primary caretakers.
• The individual has a deep hatred for any person or group of persons.
• The individual has a penis measured 5 inches (12.7 cm).
• The individual has had an extensive history of violence.
• The individual knows about Patient-1000, it's anomalous effects, and it's past life as the Administrator of the JARTY.

When at least 4 of the prerequisites are met, a P-1000-A manifestation event may occur. P-1000-A manifestation events consists of P-1000-A manifesting within an unknown radius of the target individual who is now to be designated as P-1000-B. P-1000-A manifestation events can not seem to occur simultaneously, and all P-1000-B instances have died before another P-1000-A manifestation event could occur, hence only one P-1000-B instance has the ability to see P-1000-A at any given time. P-1000-A manifestation events seem to occur randomly, with no clear pattern. No P-1000-B instance has ever directly seen P-1000-A materialize, hence the maximum and minimum distance of an initial manifestation of P-1000-A, and the mode it uses to accomplish materialization, is unknown. P-1000-A will first materialize in a public space within eye sight of the P-1000-B instance, before vanishing when out of the individual's line of sight. P-1000-A manifestation events consist of P-1000-B repeating the aforementioned behavior at seemingly random intervals, while getting closer and manifesting in more personal spots for the target each time. The longest time a P-1000-B patient retained sanity after an initial sighting of P-1000-B long enough to describe each appearance was 19 days. In one of the aforementioned instances last coherent sentences, it described that it saw P-1000-A in the mirror inside of the instances personal bathroom, approximately 2 feet behind the instance. Due to the hallucination-like nature of P-1000-B, containment and the conduction of tests on P-1000-A is not deemed feasible at this moment, and efforts are concentrated on preventing P-1000-A manifestation events from occurring.

Each time P-1000-A is noticed by a P-1000-B instance, the instance's behavior will begin to undergo changes, with developed symptoms increasing in severity every subsequent time P-1000-A is seen. Although there is no clear pattern to P-1000-A's manifestations, the average distance between manifestations is 3 hours. Due to the nature of this effect, on average, most P-1000-B instances enter psychosis 4 days after the initial sighting, and become uncooperative to questioning or containment. Although there are some physical changes upon exposure to P-1000-A such as increase in body weight, shrinking of the penis, and an increase of melanin within the skin, the symptoms of exposure to P-1000-A primarily interfere with a P-1000-B instance's capability to manage now intensified emotions, alongside a weakening of the instance's logical thinking. This can result in heightened aggression, symptoms similar to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), non-anomalous hallucinations, repeated suicide attempts, a seeming need to cling to authority, and a mental regression into clinical retardation, if that the P-1000-B instance survives long enough to reach this point. Research into how exposure to P-1000-A causes these symptoms has discovered that seemingly the body changes itself, instead of being forcefully changed by an outside force.

DEVELOPMENT OF THE SYMPTOMS OF P-1000-A EXPOSURE

01:25: At this point, the changes to the brain are irreversible without risk of permanent brain damage.
03:00: The P-1000-B instance will begin to report of mild headaches. Standard medicine shows no effect in curing this migraine.
08:00 Headaches will increase in severity, P-1000-B instances begin to report some pain. 
15:30 P-1000-B instances report an increase in "brain fog", and exhibit an increase in difficulty in completing complex equations or problems that they could otherwise complete with comparatively less difficulty. The P-1000-B instance may begin to show passive-aggressive behavior, although outright aggression is rare at this phase. If the instance has noticed P-1000-A's appearances, they may begin to develop symptoms of mild paranoia.
20:00 P-1000-B instances develop symptoms of insomnia, and may begin to "snap" at others over trivial matters. The mild headache is now a moderate migraine, causing the patient moderate pain, and making them irritable. Standard medicinal practices are still unable to cure the migraine. Patients reaching this time have shown a negligible decrease in mental faculties.
24:00 Exactly one day after initial exposure to P-1000-A. 98% of all P-1000-B instances have noticed P-1000-A at this point. At this point, the physical symptoms of P-1000-A exposure will start to develop. The P-1000-B patient will have gained a total 1-2 pounds. If the instance is biologically male, their penis will have shrank by 3 centimeters. The instance will also have an imperceptible increase in melanin.

Testing has discovered that the neurological effects of exposure P-1000-1 can be rendered null with a heavy dose of Amnestics, with the consequence of causing irreparable neurotrauma. The neurological damage can result in the neutralized P-1000-B instance developing symptoms not unlike Level 3 Autism and a mental age of approximately 6 years old. The JBDHB committee has authorized for euthanasia as an alternative treatment for P-1000-B instances, should it be deemed necessary to preserve a specific instances dignity.
