Patient-1969, also known as Ashbie Moon, or Aspie-Chan is a bigoted autistic girl who goes to synagogues to stab Jewishmen to death. Patient-1969 is the one who shot the Pope to death, which was taken as a sign by the others to start The Uprising. Patient-1969 wrote the manifesto "Not a FUCKING DISABILITY" and published it on the imageboards 4chan, 8chan, and snarky.snappy on their most popular boards. Patient-1969 was then shortly apprehended by Soysylum personnel five weeks after publishing the manifesto and had escaped only after two weeks being there. ALTHOUGH Soysylum orderlies grew suspicious, the Soysylum shortly thereafter authorized an assassination order for the first time since Soy War Ϫ. She is usually always barefoot which is also definitely not a fixation of her followers. It is currently not known if Patient-1969's feet are always bare or if we just never saw her with footwear on.

Incident Report:
Following the directive for termination, intelligence pinpointed the target's location to a derelict urban tenement, a known festering ground for sympathizers of "The Uprising." The structure was deemed non-compliant and hostile.
Engagement:
At 0400 hours, Chief Jeffy led a dynamic entry. The target was located on the lowest level, attempting to conceal itself behind a rusted boiler. Upon visual confirmation, the subject produced a high-pitched wail and collapsed into a fetal position. Subject exhibited involuntary urination at this time.
Chief Jeffy secured the target by the hair with his left hand and the subject's jaw with his right, lifting the subject to its bare feet. The subject’s attempts at resistance were physiologically insignificant. When the subject attempted to bite, Chief Jeffy applied pressure to the mandibular nerve, eliciting a scream and immediate compliance. The subject was then propelled through the structure, utilizing standard pain-compliance and wall-to-wall counseling techniques to expedite movement. Multiple contusions and a suspected clavicle fracture were sustained by the subject during this phase.
Transport:
The subject was placed in the reinforced transport vehicle without protective covering. During transit, the subject engaged in continuous, incoherent pleading and weeping. Standard procedure for psychological pacification (sensory deprivation hood) was bypassed to allow for full awareness of the impending consequence.
Status:
Target secured and delivered to the Medical Division in a state deemed appropriate for final processing. Custody transferred.
TERMINATION OF LIFE RECORD

PRE-PROCEDURE OBSERVATION:
The subject, Patient-1969, was brought into the sterile antechamber. Subject was naked, shivering, and covered in a mixture of dirt, blood, and its own waste from the transport. A high-pressure hose was used to cleanse the subject before it was dragged into Disposal Unit C. Two orderlies forced the thrashing, weeping subject into the steel chair. Subject's pleas were audibly recorded.
[AUDIO LOG: 08:58:10] SUBJECT: (Voice hoarse, choked with sobs) Please, I'll do anything. Please, no, please, I don't want to die. Oh god, please, please, please...
The restraints were activated, locking the subject's limbs in place. Chief Jeffy observed from the control booth, face impassive.
CLINICAL OBSERVATION AND AUDIO TRANSCRIPTION LOG:
09:00:00: Gas sequence activated. A low hiss is heard as the HCN precursor is released into the acid.
[AUDIO LOG: 09:00:02] (A sharp hissing sound, followed by the subject's sudden, sharp intake of breath.)
09:00:35: Exposure. The subject’s head snaps up as the gas reaches it. The subject’s body convulses with a violent series of dry heaves and hacking coughs.
[AUDIO LOG: 09:00:38] SUBJECT: (Gasping, choking) It burns! Oh god, it burns! I can't breathe! HELP ME!
09:01:15: Systemic Onset / Bodily Function Failure. Histotoxic hypoxia begins. The subject thrashes violently against the restraints. The smell of urine and feces becomes potent as the subject's sphincter and bladder muscles fail completely. A pool begins to form at the base of the chair.
[AUDIO LOG: 09:01:20] SUBJECT: (A wet, gurgling scream that dissolves into frantic choking. Sounds of liquid spattering.)
09:01:45: Violent Emesis. The subject's body is wracked by a series of powerful, full-body spasms, culminating in projectile vomiting. Thin, acidic bile mixed with blood splatters the interior of the chamber view-port.
[AUDIO LOG: 09:01:48] (A series of loud, wet, retching sounds. The subject's pleas are now unintelligible, replaced by pained, liquid-filled grunts.)
09:02:10: Convulsive Phase. Full tonic-clonic seizure begins. The subject's back arches off the chair at an unnatural angle. Limbs hammer rhythmically against the steel restraints. A thick, pinkish foam, a mixture of saliva and blood from ruptured lung capillaries, erupts from the subject's mouth and nose.
[AUDIO LOG: 09:02:15] (A loud, sharp CRACK is audible over the din of convulsions, identified as the sound of the subject's teeth fracturing from the force of the seizure. This is followed by a continuous, low, guttural moan.)
09:04:30: Respiratory Collapse. Convulsions cease. The subject's body slumps, held up only by the restraints. Agonal breathing begins: a series of slow, deep, shuddering gasps that sound like someone trying to breathe through a chest full of mud. Each exhalation is a wet, rattling sigh.
[AUDIO LOG: 09:04:35] (Sound of slow, labored, gurgling breaths, spaced approximately 10 seconds apart.)
09:05:50: Cardiac Cessation. EKG monitor flatlines. The final agonal breath escapes with a faint, wet whistle. All movement ceases.
[AUDIO LOG: 09:05:52] (Silence, punctuated only by the low hum of facility machinery.)
09:08:00: Clearance. Chamber ventilation cycle initiated.
POST-MORTEM EXAMINATION:
The deceased subject presented as a biohazardous tableau. The body was slumped in a pool of its own mingled effluence. A bright, cherry-red lividity was already pronounced across the skin, a grotesque hallmark of cyanide poisoning. Petechial hemorrhages were noted in the eyes. The interior of the chamber was contaminated with vomit, blood, and fecal matter. The stench was overwhelming.
OFFICIAL PRONOUNCEMENT:
Vital functions have ceased. The directive has been fulfilled. The asset is liquidated.
