Containment Procedures
Due to the transient nature of Patient-846, containment is effectively impossible. All staff can do is intervene during Incidents and examine leftover material. Since incidents resolve themselves, intervention is not always necessary. However, in case of DH or greater events that may result, full scale intervention may be demanded of personnel.
The Soysylum is to index humans named "Nate Higgers" "Ronnie McNutt" and "Derek Chauvin" and monitor them closely, as Patient-846 seems to manifest most frequently around them. In addition, sudden name changes are to be accounted for weekly. In case of manifestation, MTF Zeta-525 "Breathtakers" is to be deployed on site. Meanwhile, suspicious activity from nearby facilities is to be snuffed out if possible.
Description
Patient-846 is a humanoid that was formed in, and occasionally escapes from, OBJ-333. It is thought to be related to ██████ █████, who roams the Earth as a spectral entity. Unlike other entities from OBJ-333, Patient-846 doesn't directly escape through the physical gates. Incidents were more frequent from May 2020 to August 2021, due to veneration of the face of Patient-846's likeness, but have by no means become uncommon. They have also occurred throughout the 20th century for unknown reasons. In ancient history, remote tribes have worshiped statues resembling Patient-846.
Manifestations of Patient-846 may vary in form, but possess similar abilities. They can manipulate air to deprive victims of oxygen, and create mass quantities of Fentanyl. They also like watermelon and fried chicken, and conform to other stereotypes concerning negros. They are prone to violence and crime, targeting pregnant women in particular. Their most dangerous ability is ███████ Manipulation, which ruins the continuity of our reality. This naturally causes chaotic events to occur.
Patient-846-1 is a cyborg variant of Patient-846. The earliest appearance has been documented on June 23rd, 2024. See Appendix for more information. The entity previously thought to be Patient-846-1 is unrelated to Patient-846, despite their similar appearances.

Appendix
On May 23rd, 2024, another variant of Patient-846 has appeared, in the form of a meme video. While, this has not aroused suspicion initially, this has since been pointed to as a catalyst in a few recent sightings.
During the June 23rd Incident, global citizens, in Georgetown, Lesotho, sighted a sphere similar to their fictional appearances in the film Terminator 2: Judgement Day. Mr. Jartyson, a surviving witness, reported a ball of living pig flesh spawning from the sphere. Out of it, popped a cybernetic organism named George Droyd.
The cyborg greeted the inhabitants as brothers, and there was excitement for 37 minutes. For the next 8 minutes, Droyd started demanding fentanyl, getting particularly agitated. Over the next hour, he went on a mass homicide rampage. Of Georgetown's population of 3,000, only 457 survived the incident. Soysylum personnel have since processed the evidence and disappeared the town.
Due to lack of sightings, George Droyd is thought to have escaped through time travel, perhaps using some of the remaining flesh to do so.
It seems to operate on a different principal from Patient-846. His origin is probably not from Niggerhell, either.
