Special Containment Procedures
The object should be kept in a windowless room whilst covered by a blanket or any other barrier that will prevent its reflective part from being viewed. Only researchers and security personnel with level 2 clearance and above are allowed to access the room.
Description
OBJ-030 is an old vintage mirror, measuring around 180cm in height. It has a wooden frame which stands on four legs. An empty drawer sits at the bottom of the mirror, which serves as the base upon which the reflective part itself and the legs are attached. The object was found in an old abandoned house in Luxembourg by a group of local urban explorers. Upon looking at the reflective part of the object, the urban explorers came face to face with OBJ-030-1, leading to them losing all facial features such as the mouth, both eyes, nose, eyebrows. Besides that, their ability to grow any kind of hair on their faces was lost, with all of their facial hair falling off, presumably within several minutes of them seeing OBJ-030-1 (see test log entry 030-1989-6-15). The CIA was able to recover the object with the help of MSF group "Thrembo-soy Alpha" after the local CIA field office was informed of the strange deaths of the previously mentioned urban explorers.
OBJ-030-1

Object OBJ-030-1 is an entity that spawns as a result of a human subject viewing the reflective part of OBJ-030.
Testing Log
06/15/1989
Subject: Patient-030-1
Date: June 15th, 1989
Researcher: Dr. Soyberg
Summary: Patient-030-1 was instructed to look at OBJ-030. Upon viewing the reflective part of OBJ-030, nothing really happened for the first few of minutes, leading Dr. Soyberg to almost send Patient-030-1 back to xer cell. Before he could do that, OBJ-030-1 was observed to appear in the reflective part of OBJ-030-1, replacing Patient-030-1's reflection. Within seconds, skin began to grow over the subject's eyes, mouth and nose. After around 10 seconds, all of the subject's facial features have been covered by skin and began to "flatten". The immediate intervention of Soysylum medical personnel allowed Patient-030-1 to survive. The immediate medical examination showed that the subject's nasal cavity, nasal cartilage, eyes, eye muscles and tongue have dissolved and been absorbed by xer body. This made breathing impossible, thus leading the medical personnel to create a hole in the subject's mouth, allowing xem to breathe once again. After the medical staff deemed Patient-030-1 fit for an interview, xe was discharged from the ICU for an interview with Dr.Soyberg and relevant research staff (See 06/15/1989-I).
