OBJ-007, nicknamed "A Bow Tie", is an anomalous entity that has frequently been sighted by Soysylum staff and patients alike. As its name suggests, it is a levitating black bow tie with the number "007" engraved onto it, commonly found in wardrobes containing tuxedoes. It glows a dark green and grants massive unluck upon wearing it, guaranteeing certain death in the near-to-far future, and cannot be taken off, but will fade away after the victim's death and reappear at least fifty meters away. It is theorised that prolonged exposure to anomalous entities is the cause of the bad omen eternally attached to the bow tie. OBJ-007 has been sighted as randomly appearing in various soylitary confinement cells across the Soysylum, its first sighting was in Patient-1175's locker, in which he put it on, not knowing it was OBJ-007 until he realized he was unable to untie it, and having his skull cracked by a falling brick two days later before it moved onto its next victim. Some eyewitnesses have mentioned a very quiet ringing sound when they are near OBJ-007. The time before the victim's death, where it appears and when it appears has been shown to be completely random.
