Five Nights At Cobson's[edit | edit source]

A screen viewed upon running FNAC for the first time. Not the resemblance to patient #██.

Five Night's At Cobson's (FNAC) is a computer game developed by FNWO and published by Froot.

In the game, the player takes on the role of "Dr. Soyer", a new employee who monitors patients at an asylum for 5 nights.

The game is completely fictional, poorly fact-checked, and serves only to fuel schizo delusions about The Science.

You will NOT install or play it.

FNAC Incident [CLASSIFIED][edit | edit source]

OBJ-423

Threat Level: Thrembo

Containment Procedures:[edit | edit source]

Every user who installs the game will be datamined and tracked extensively until either they uninstall it or they reach night 5. If any users are detected to reach night 5 in game a Code Thrembo alert will be sent out to all local SCP divisions. These users WILL be apprehended before they can reach 6 AM and relocated to █████████ for debriefing, monitoring, containment, and on a necessary basis, disposal. If any player is not stopped before they can complete night 5 a Captain Coal event will be declared.

Description:[edit | edit source]

The FNAC Incident is an event comprising the spontaneous generation and distribution of the game "Five Nights At Cobson's". The setting of the game is identical to the asylum facility found in ██████████████. As the full schematics, layout, and location of this facility are classified to the highest degree, even to many staff working there, it is not currently known how this information was obtained. The demo for the game first appeared in October 2023. Upon it's discovery by the SNCAE Division it was immediately forwarded to Dr.Medstein's office as a potential security breach. Subsequent datamining efforts found no developer for the game. The game files seem to generate themselves as players progress forward through the nights.

Incident FNAC.1:[edit | edit source]

When the game was brought to his attention, Dr.Medstein began playing it. After completion of the first night he began to notice oddities in his routine shift that night. His patients were more restless than usual and electrical issues which had never been reported before began to spring up in his office. Dr,Medstein took no notice. The next night the Doctor continued his investigation into the game. The next morning he reported that patient #████ had attacked him the previous night in an uncharacteristic fit of rage. Dr.Medstein was ordered to stop his playthrough at once. Despite the orders to the contrary Dr.Medstein continued into night 3 one week later at his home. Two days later when he did not report to work, a team was sent to inquire after him. Entering the Doctor's home, the team found ██████████████████████████████████████████████████ prolapsed and bloody ████████████████████████████████████████ "... am GOD here" ████████████████████████████ though ██████████████████████ "total ██████ death"██████████████ or something.

Given the response shown after merely reaching night 3, and the strong resemblance of the carnage to the works of patient #██, and the ████ incident, it has been determined that no player may be allowed to reach night 5 due to the potentially catastrophic outcome. Efforts are being taken to scrub the game from the internet but this has so far proven impossible. FNAC appears in a new location after every deletion issued.

We can only delay the launch for so long.
