Containment Procedure

Instances of Patient-150-1 are to be placed in a explosion-resistant box, then transported to a special closet, currently designated Closet-23, which is lined with at least 5 inches of reinforced concrete. An OED technician is to strip it of its cybernetic additions. Once denatured Patient-150-1, is to be considered Patient-150-2.

Instances of Patient-150-2 are to be transported to a secure room, designated the Pet Closet, and placed inside of 7 in. x 14 in. habitats, and their needs are to be attended to by a doctor. Currently this is handled by Dr. Femjak. Each instance is to be taken care of indefinitely, until they naturally expire.

Requests to take an instance of Patient-150-2 must be authorized by two Level Three doctors, simultaneously, and the reason must be recorded. When convenient, this instance should be closely monitored. Do not approve requests for the reason of re-arming them. Do not approve requests if you suspect the instance of Patient-150-2 will be harmed in any way. Do not approve requests for mass extraction, for any reason.

Patient Description

Patient-150 is a species of creature that appears to be a pocket-sized human, of the African race.

Patient-150-1 are instances of Patient-150 that have been turned into a grenade by the Chaos 'Cord. In this state, they are weaponized and dangerous, especially in the hands of the Chaos Cord soldier.

The cybernetic additions allow Patient-150-1 to function as a hand grenade. When the pin on their shoulder is pulled, a timer activates, which will trigger the fuse and cause Patient-150-1 to detonate. This neutralizes the living grenade itself, and causes an explosion with a 5 meter kill radius. The gases inside of Patient-150-1 are expelled everywhere, causing a larger kill radius of up to 10 meters outdoors, or up to 40 meters indoors. These gases can be survived using a gas mask.

An instance of Parien-150-2, which cannot be used as a grenade, making it safe to handle.

Soysylum personnel should not neutralize any instances of Patient-150-1, or use them, which also neutralizes them. If undisturbed, they are harmless. They couldn't activate themselves if they tried, due to their short arms and the pins placement, which is speculated to be a safety mechanism. Instead, call an EOD tech to extract instances. If a weapons stockpile is found, extract it if possible. Only destroy stockpiles if absolutely necessary or demanded by the mission.

Patient-150-2 is a denatured instance of Patient-150. It cannot be used as a grenade. The Soysylum denatures instances of Patient-150-1 because we view its usage as unethical. Without its grenade device, Patient-150-2 is no longer considered a threat. Chaos Cord might abduct it as revenge for the Soysylum being on the right soyde of history.
